Stephanie has nearly two decades of experience achieving business results through the delivery of HR, talent development and organizational effectiveness solutions.
Prior to founding Dynamic Insight Partners, Stephanie spent her early career in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting, where she focused on delivering learning, talent development and HR strategy solutions to global clients. She transitioned to in-house roles with two different large global media, gaming & entertainment companies (NBCUniversal followed by Activision Blizzard), where she served as a senior leader on learning, leadership and talent development, culture, employee engagement and innovation initiatives.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, Jennifer has distinguished herself as a trusted expert across industries, where she has successfully led transformative initiatives that have elevated both established and emerging organizations.
Throughout her global career, she has built high-performing teams, designed and implemented innovative people strategies, and partnered with executive teams to create thriving workplace cultures. Known for her business-oriented approach, Jennifer is passionate about delivering impactful talent solutions that drive both employee engagement and business growth.
Her expertise is further amplified by a deep understanding of neuroscience, including co-authoring the book Psychological SAFETY in 2018. This knowledge informs her leadership style, helping her create psychologically safe environments where teams can innovate, collaborate, and excel.Jennifer’s academic credentials include a B.A. in Psychology, along with an M.S. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. She has served on advisory boards for institutions like UCI and Brandman University, and has taught courses on Experience Management, Organizational Development, Teams, and Change Management.
Jennifer began her career in human capital consulting. She held progressively larger roles in talent acquisition and strategic human resources before transitioning her career into talent and organization development. Most recently, she worked in talent management and organization effectiveness for Activision Blizzard, a major video game publisher.
She received her undergraduate degree from UCLA, her master’s degree in organization development from Pepperdine University, and is an ACC certified coach through the International Coach Federation.
Erin has dedicated her career to transforming workplace cultures, leaders, teams, and individuals. She has held progressively larger roles for well-known organizations in industries such as tech, entertainment, consumer products, retail, and manufacturing. She most recently served as the Head of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness at Snap Inc. (the makers of Snapchat), and is currently an Organization Development Consultant. Her areas of expertise include cultural transformation, leadership / manager development, team member development, employee engagement, diversity / equity / inclusion, and team effectiveness.
Erin earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University. She holds certifications in Behavior Analysis (DISC®), 360 Coaching (Center for Creative Leadership), Talent Management and Competencies (Korn Ferry), Human Capital and Effective Organizations (USC Marshall), and Facilitation (Mind Gym and DDI).
For nearly 20 years, Amy Posey has been improving human performance at work. Using a combination of productivity research, neuroscience, and stories from the field consulting with companies around the globe, she facilitates a fun and interactive way to think differently about how you work.
Amy spent the last seven years at a boutique consulting firm, Peak Teams (now AIP), where she facilitated and was CEO. Prior to Peak Teams, she spent ten years at Deloitte leading change, communication, and learning programs for global clients. Amy earned her B.A. in English, Education, and Writing from Purdue University. She earned her M.B.A. in Managing Change and Marketing from DePaul University’s campus in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where she lived and worked for two years. She also completed her Executive Masters with distinction in Neuroleadership from the Neuroleadership Institute.
As a Certified Inclusion Coach, Cecily has a decade plus of experience driving business success through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion. Cecily’s primary focus areas include developing emerging leaders, inclusive talent development, and equitable performance management.
Prior to joining Dynamic Insight Partners, Cecily spent her career holding progressively larger roles with engineering and construction firms where she focused on creating and delivering inclusive leadership learning, career pathing, and DE&I strategic solutions to global internal clients.
Emily has over 15 years of experience driving talent management results for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. Most recently, she was part of Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice, where she designed skills-based talent processes and lead change management initiatives for global tech and pharmaceutical clients. Prior to consulting, Emily held progressively larger learning and organizational development roles within the U.S. Peace Corps, Teach for America, and Habitat for Humanity International.
Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Rice University and has completed post-graduate studies in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education at Penn State. She is a certified DiSC facilitator, yoga teacher (200-hour), and has facilitated courses on human-centered design (IDEO.org) and race (Dialogue on Race Louisiana).
